Virtual Training Series: The Five Habits at Work Leadership Series

This virtual leadership training series will provide you practical leadership tools that are easy to use and proven to bring great ease, success, and productivity to work. Knowing that your time and resources are important, each one- hour session is designed to deliver useful and relevant content that you can instantly apply.

Virtual Training Series Modules:

During this six-session series you will learn new tools,  frameworks and practices that will help you build success. Key topics covered are:

  • Conflict Resolution  How to quickly move from drama to powerful outcomes.
  • Problem Solving  How to use Design Thinking principles to discover new solutions to your current challenges.
  • Increasing employee engagement  How leading from mission, vision, and values increases engagement and decreases burn out.
  • Building trust and agreement in the workplace  How to have healthy allies and opponents at work.
  • Effective Collaboration  How the five elements of collaboration improves performance.
  • Sustaining Great Leadership How to stay focused, build in smart practices, and keep  your development a priority.

Registration includes the following:

  • 6, one-hour virtual training sessions facilitated  by a certified Senior Consultant at Henley Leadership Group.
  • Training in leadership tools and frameworks that can be instantly applied to a current workplace opportunity or challenge.
  • Materials, resources and worksheets for each training module.
  • Live Q&A during each training session.
  • Recording of each session to utilize post session.
  • Follow up email resources in between sessions.
